+ Use of design foundations and marketing strategies to create national print pieces such as: product catalogs, full-page ads, conference displays, book covers, brochures, and direct mail packages.
+ Design lead on MEGA Sports Camp®, an award-winning kids outreach program with over two million dollars in sales. During this project I was able to collaborate with a great team of designers, copywriters and product development staff to help bring the sizable project to completion on time and below estimated costs. Highlights include:
• Involvement in the multifaceted aspects of a complex product launch including: market research, product design, photo shoot organization and direction, and advertisement concept and design.
• Yearly update of core project requires detailed organization and swift execution.
+ Involved in development and production of HighPoint®, an extensive and innovative one million dollar curriculum line. By creating strong, templated layouts, I helped reduce design production by more than 50%, while providing a product that delivers a large amount of knowledge and information to the user without being overwhelming.
+ Collaboration with peers to produce large-scale environmental graphics for multi-million dollar conferences. Solutions are focused in such a way that inform and communicate with the users, while being uniquely created to handle large scale print and production.
+ Creation of print and electronic design for various products, services, and ministries within the larger organization resulting in creative and professional advertising that generates sales and interests.
+ Use of open and honest communication to speak with inter-organizational clients in a way that connects and educates while always understanding and learning their ever changing needs. Being successful in that constructs levels of trust and commitment necessary to help manage and guide clients to their own successful solution.
+ Consistently received above average performance reviews in every aspect including work performance, creative drive, communication, interpersonal skills, character and attitude.
